02 WIRE CUTTING

Wirecut EDM ( Electrical Discharge Machining ) is a thermal machining process Sparks Discharged from a small-diameter , tensioned wire erode the workpiece without any contact between the tool and the part produced.

This process also called traveling-wire EDM,produces a straight, narrow-kerf cut, the slowly moving wire brings a fresh,constant diameter electrode to the cutting gap. Thereby enhancing kerf,size control, usually a programmed or numerically controlled motion guide the cutting, while the width of the kerf is maintained as a constant by the wire size and setting on the spark discharge controls.

The dielectric is deionozed water under pressure,introduced concentric nozzles at the top and bottom of the workpiece. In a wirecut EDM system, the wire feeds from a spool,travels over tension roller,along upper and lower guides,over electrical contacts and into a takeup reel. Note that the EDM wire must be threaded through a starter hole in the workpiece. These holes are normally created for the wire by drilling before part are hardened.

Adopting UK  ‘RENISHAW’ probe system perform simple 3D contacted measurement vVision measurement along with a touch probe solve the problem of geometrical measurement. ‘HIWIN’ P level linear guideway and precision cross roller guideway for increased accuray & working life intergrated garnite base and column ensures machine stability. Supplied with SBK-EP multifuctional 3D measuring software,automatic edge detection and programmable lighting.

Supplied with removable & dismountable console base. High-definition detent zoom leans and high-resolution CCD performs high-definition measurement. Support different file formats of data output such as Word, Excel, CAD etc.

04 CNC MACHINE MAKINO V33

CNC machining is a manufacturing process in which pre-programmed computer software. Dictates the movement of factory tools and machinery, the process can be used to control a range of complex machinery,from grinders and lathes to mils and router,with CNC Michining three-dimension cutting tasks can be accomplished in single set of prompts.

Short for “computer numerical control”, the CNC process runs in contrast to = and thereby superesd = the limitations of manual control, where live operators are needed to prompt and guide

The GT-138V features a specially designed T-shaped machine structure for superior Rigidity. The width of the column is the same as the base.
